Nokia to roll-out N-Gage feature

People who love to play games on the go may be happy to learn that they may now be able to play top of the range games on their Nokia mobiles.

Deemed as stage two in its development of mobile devices as gaming platforms, Nokia aims to bring the N-Gage to other handsets across its range of mobiles, the BBC reports.

N-Gage allows users to download games easily and enables users to try them before they purchase them, Jaakko Kaidesoja, a representative of Nokia's Play New Experience division, told the BBC.

"Lots of people talk about killing time. We are trying to create an experience that allows people to find time. It's more casual and light," Mr Kaidesoja said.

He added that phones such as the Nokia N95 are powerful enough to create impressive graphics images to create great gaming experiences, while N-Gage has other advanced capabilities such as joining a gaming community and online features to enrich mobile gaming.
