'Invest in your breasts'

'Invest in your breasts' Women who made the age-old new year's resolution to lose weight should invest in a good sports bra, according to a Canadian newspaper.

Bouncing boobs can be an embarrassment for some women who like to keep fit and can also prove quite painful when wearing an everyday bra, which reduces bounce by only 38 per cent, The Intelligencer has reported.

The Shock Absorber Sports Institute (SASI) claims that 73 per cent of women in the UK do not wear a sports bra when exercising and states that they are required to reduce movement even at low speeds of running.

SASI figures also show that bounce can be reduced by up to 74 per cent in a sports bra, meaning that women who like to look good when exercising may want to invest in a shock absorber bra.

And women do like to look good; many ladies that exercise do so for that very reason, meaning that looking good on the treadmill may also improve the perception of body image, according to one Edinburgh stylist.

Laura Wilton told the Edinburgh Evening News: "If you look good then you feel good irrespective of how unfit or overweight you feel."

"For many people, getting fit is a big step and a good gym outfit will give them that little bit more confidence."

So to look your best in the gym, why not invest in your breasts by getting hold of a great sports bra?
