SATC shoe-wearing tips revealed

SATC shoe-wearing tips revealed Fans of Sex and the City who have been inspired to rush out and buy high heeled shoes like Carrie have been advised on how to avoid blisters, corns and foot damage.

Eve Michaels, an image consultant in Beverly Hills, has told the LA Times that if women want to wear high heeled shoes there are a few tips to avoid foot pain.

She told the newspaper: "The ball of a woman's foot must line up with the ball of the shoe. In other words, the pattern of the shoe must match the shape of the woman's foot."

Ms Michaels added that women should accept that some shoes are "made for walking" while others are only suitable for "partying or wearing in bed".

Daniel Altchuler, a podiatrist, added that women should buy shoes late in the day because feet swell as the day progresses.

The Sex and the City film was released at the end of May and stars Sarah Jessica Parker as writer Carrie Bradshaw.
