Knightley and Miller in designer shoes at Edinburgh

Actresses Kiera Knightley and Sienna Miller donned stylish designer shoes this week for the world premiere of their new film The Edge of Love at the Edinburgh Film Festival.

During the day the fashionable duo were the focus of everyone's attention in their summery outfits, which were complemented by almost-matching black designer shoe boots.

Later they changed into contrasting black and white outfits and sashayed down the red carpet hand in hand, once again wearing designer footwear.

Knightley wore a pair of Moschino heels to match her cream Chanel pant suit and sparkly black bolero, while Miller sported Louis Vuitton stilettos alongside her black fringed dress and bowler hat.

The pair star as love rivals clamouring for the attentions of poet Dylan Thomas in The Edge of Love, a real-life tale which also stars Matthew Rhys.

The London premiere of the film will take place in Mayfair this evening before The Edge of Love goes on general release on June 27th.

According to the Press Association a host of stars will be walking down the red carpet to attend the event, including James Purefoy, Twiggy, Gillian Anderson, KT Tunstall and Nicholas Hoult.

Knightley's previous film roles include Pirates of the Caribbean, Atonement, Pride and Prejudice and Love Actually, while Miller has starred in movies such as Factory Girl, Alfie and Layer Cake.
