Get the SATC look with new clothing line

Sex and the City star Kristin Davis will launch a fashion line of clothing, bags and shoes later this year.

Ms Davies, who plays Charlotte York Goldenblatt in both the series and the recently released film, will collaborate with US store Belk to create the line.

The collection will include dresses, handbags, shoes, jewellery and lingerie that will range in price from $40 (£20) to $240 (£120).

It will launch this autumn and be available in 126 of the Belk outlets

She said: "I grew up shopping at Belk. It was the nicest store we had, and I'd save my allowance to go to Belk."

Kristin Davies landed her break as an actress in 1995 when she won the part of Brooke Armstrong Campbell on Melrose Place.

According to the Internet Movie Database, she left the show after a year and was cast as Charlotte York in Sex and the City in 1998.
