Posh teeters in towering shoes

Former Posh Spice Victoria Beckham looked the picture of concentration as she was photographed arriving at an LA restaurant this weekend.

The 34-year-old was wearing a towering pair of coral-coloured designer shoes by Christian Louboutin and seemed to be firmly fixated on keeping her balance.

Despite her tiny 5'4'' frame, the five inch heels were long and thin and offered little in the way of support for her ankles.

Fashion expert Karen Kay said: "Overall it is quite a severe look but that suits her - you can imagine Victoria as a dominatrix in this outfit.

"There is a bit of an Eighties revival at the moment and the shape, colour and the style of the shoe reflects that," she commented.

Victoria was out having dinner with actress Eva Longoria, with whom she has struck up a friendship since arriving in LA.

The Desperate Housewives star also seems to be inheriting Posh's style, since she was sporting a newly-cut 'Pob' (Posh bob).

In an interview with GMTV in May, Victoria revealed why she is never pictured in flatties - it's because she can't concentrate.

She said that the heels increase her height as well as her mental abilities and that she would go to the gym if it didn't mean she had to wear trainers.
