Kate's bags go astray from T5
Kate Moss has become the second supermodel to fall victim to Heathrow's luggage chaos, after Naomi Campbell lost her bags earlier this month.Ten of Moss's bags are reported to have gone missing on her recent trip to Los Angeles, although they are now believed to have been located.
The Louis Vuitton bags contained prototypes for the autumn range of clothing she has designed for high street retailers Topshop and Moss, 34, is yet to be reunited with them.
It was not all bad news for the face of Rimmel though - it seems Moss has been deemed eligible for compensation for the inconvenience caused by the misplaced baggage, along with the owners of the other 28,000 bags which were lost.
However, unlike the thousands of others affected by the baggage mix-ups, she is said to have received an immediate £10,000 payout from British Airways to avoid any negative publicity.
A friend of Moss told the Mail on Sunday: "She recognises the scale of the problems and inconvenience caused and expects to be treated like anybody else."
The fifth season of the Kate Moss clothing range for Topshop was launched on March 18th.
