Hudson doesn't look a Fool at premiere

Actress Kate Hudon braved London's cold weather last night to attend the premiere of her new film, Fool's Gold.

The Hollywood star made two changes of costume during the evening, although one dress did clash slightly with the blue carpet.

She first appeared in a full-length dress by designer John Galliano, which was green and gold and oriental in style, with decorative embroidery. She also wore elegant strappy sandals.

There did appear do be a wardrobe malfunction at one point, with the dress's tassels beginning to come undone, but co-star and close pal Matthew McConaughey was there to help out and the pair joked as they posed for photos.

For the after-show party, Hudson then changed into a little black dress with silver detailing and silver evening shoes.

Hudson told Bang Showbiz that she has become used to the growing trend of celebrity airbrushing, with her famously having received an enhanced cleavage for the publicity shots for Fool's Gold.

"When people change pictures I don't have a problem with it. You just go with it. It is how it is. If people want to change it that's fine, it doesn't bother me," she told the news agency.

It is the first time that Hudson has worked with McConaughey since they starred in 2003's How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.
