Alba weds in secret service

Hollywood actress Jessica Alba has married her on-off fiance Cash Warren in a secret ceremony, it has emerged.

The star, perhaps best known for her portrayal of Sue Storm in Fantastic Four, kept the nuptials so quiet that even her family were caught unawares, it seems.

When US Weekly magazine approached her brother, Josh Alba, he is said to have responded with:"My sister!? I'm going to have to call her!"

Alba, 27, wed Warren - whom she met on the set of the Fanastic Four in 2004 - under an arch of green and white silk flowers. The bride wore a long blue casual dress, while the groom sported a white shirt and brown trousers.

A source at the courthouse in Beverly Hills where the couple tied the knot said Alba looked "happy but nervous".

She is expecting her first child with Warren this summer. The pair split up in 2007 but reconciled and announced the pregnancy soon after.

Alba recently hit the headlines when it emerged that she had entered herself into an online staring competition on the social networking site IBeatYou.

The video featured the actress staring and talking into a webcam for one and a half minutes and received two million hits on YouTube in three days.
