Askmen.com unveils the object of desire for UK men

It’s perhaps just as well that the winner of Askmen.com’s 99 Most Desirable Women of 2012 competition is judged on looks and sex appeal rather than name recognition, otherwise the female in first place would very probably be a damn sight less easy on the eye.

No matter, the winner of the afore-mentioned highly prestigious competition is Sofia Vergara – no, me neither.

As it happens, Vergara hails from Colombia and is an actress, comedian, television hostess and model.

Clearly a willing recipient, she was heard to say: “I am so honoured to be AskMen’s most desired woman this year. A big thank you to all the men who desire me.”

The names of the other 99 desirable gals on the list included the lovely likes of Zooey Deschanel, Mila Kunis, Jessica Alba, Kristen Stewart, Anne Hathaway, Katy Perry, Dianna Agron, Brooklyn Decker, Penelope Cruz, Demi Moore, Jessica Chastain, Adele, and Pippa and Kate Middleton.

For the uninitiated, the 99 Most Desirable Women competition takes place on a yearly basis.
